Wear Bible: Info and Privacy Policy

Welcome to the Wear Bible app for Android Wear OS!

This is an Android app developed by me as MEF Applications. I develop apps in my spare time and like to share some of my apps with others if interested. The app is available on Google Play Store free of charge.

I hereby state, to the best of my knowledge and belief, that I have not programmed this app to collect any personally identifiable information. All data created by you (as the user of the app) by using this app, including things like app preferences, theme, etc., are stored on your device only, and can be simply erased by clearing the app's data or by uninstalling the app.

Explanation of permissions requested in the app

The application will request the INTERNET permission. There is access needed to the internet to pull Bible passage information from the third-party providers as all content comes from online sources. There is, however, no exchange of information between the app and these providers except to receive book, chapter, and verse content for the user requested Bible passage.

Bible Passage Source content

All biblical passages presented in the normal course of using the app are obtained from third-party API providers. There is no exchange of information between the app and these providers except for book, chapter, and verse for the requested Bible passage. Since the app does not collect any of your private information, there is no exchange of that information with these third-party providers.  Providers for biblical content currently include:
